A few things you might be wondering
A little clarity before
your first hello.
Call or text OpenHealth and tell your AI assistant what you’d like help with. Start with a question, a goal or something you want to organize. You’ll be guided from there, including adding information and connecting supported devices when it’s useful.
No. You can keep using text, calls or email. The app gives you visual trends, your records, your plan and certain device connections. If you choose it later, your profile and conversation come with you after secure sign-in.
Your everyday assistant is AI, and it identifies itself that way. Doctor care is a separate professional service, provided by licensed clinicians. A doctor does not review every AI conversation. You’ll know when you’re speaking with a clinician and what care you’re choosing.
The AI assistant and core profile, plan and app features are free within the service’s usage allowances. Voice and intensive tasks may have separate limits. Consultations, tests, coaching and products are paid separately, with the price and inclusions shown before you commit.
We help you bring together the sources you choose: supported wearables and apps, documents, results and information you share yourself. Available connections depend on your device and provider. Some need the app or a separate authorization. We guide you through each step.
Yes—the service is designed to help with preparation, supported bookings, relevant information and follow-up. Referrals, treatment and hospital admission remain with the appropriate care providers. Appointment availability depends on the provider and your location.
Care recommendations should follow your needs. When a service or product is offered, its price, provider and any commercial relationship should be clear. You choose whether to buy, and your approval is required before a purchase.
Contact your local emergency or urgent-care service. OpenHealth is not an emergency service and does not provide continuous medical monitoring.
One less thing to carry on your own
